Will my order come in one package?
Depending on the size of your order, you may receive separate packages. Each package will contain its own personal tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We now ship internationally. Depending on where you live, you will receive your shipment 8-15 days after the order is shipped. Overstock items may take a little longer.
I received a damaged item, what do I do?
We apologize that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please email us your name, order number, and a picture of the damaged good for further assistance (contact@theiflystore.com).
